Sewer, Drain & Pipe Repair and Replacement

Leaking supply lines, slow drains, backed-up sewers and worn-out galvanized or cast-iron pipe — we find the actual problem and fix it properly.

From a slow kitchen drain to a sewer line that backs up into the basement, pipe problems only get worse if you wait. We find where the problem actually is and fix it properly — for homes and commercial buildings across the Washington and Peoria area.

Finding the Problem Before We Dig

Guessing is expensive when the answer is underground. When a drain or sewer problem is not obvious, we put a camera down the line and look — so we can tell you what is actually wrong, where it is, and what it will take to fix, before anyone opens a floor or digs up a yard.

We do this as part of diagnosing and repairing your plumbing, not as a service you buy on its own.

Older Homes, Older Pipe

Many homes around Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin and the older parts of Washington still have original galvanized steel supply lines and cast-iron or clay drain lines. Galvanized pipe corrodes from the inside and slowly loses pressure; cast iron cracks and scales; clay sewer laterals let roots in at the joints.

When one section fails, it is worth knowing the condition of the rest. We will tell you what we see and whether a spot repair or a larger replacement is the better investment.

Sewer, Drain & Pipe Repair FAQs

What are the signs of a sewer line problem?

Several drains backing up at once, gurgling toilets, sewage odors, water coming up through a basement floor drain, or unusually green patches in the yard over the sewer line.

Should I replace galvanized pipes?

Galvanized steel water lines corrode from the inside and eventually restrict flow or leak. If your home still has them and you are seeing low pressure or discolored water, replacement is usually the right call.

Do you repair commercial sewer and drain lines?

Yes. We repair and replace sewer, drain and supply lines in commercial buildings as well as homes.

Can you put a camera down the line to see what is wrong?

Yes. When a drain or sewer problem is not obvious, we scope the line with a camera as part of diagnosing it, so we know what we are dealing with before any digging or demolition. We do this as part of our repair work rather than as a stand-alone inspection service.
