Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of dickrich.com, operated by Dick Rich Plumbing. By using the site you agree to them.

About the Information on This Site

We publish general information about plumbing to help home and business owners make informed decisions. It is general guidance, not a professional assessment of your specific property or project. Plumbing work in Illinois should be performed by a licensed plumber.

Prices and Estimates

Any prices or ranges shown on this site are illustrative typical figures to help you budget. They are not an offer or a quotation. The only binding price is a written quote we give you after assessing your property. Prices can change without notice.

Quotes and Requests

Submitting a form does not create a contract. It is a request for us to get in touch. A contract exists only when we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it.

Text Messages

If you consent to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

The content, design, text and images on this site belong to Dick Rich Plumbing unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not republish or reproduce material from this site commercially without our written permission.

We link to third-party sites such as Google and Facebook for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law
